Introduction:
I installed an app called Vitality. It let's you use .GIFs as your wallpaper. Pretty easy to install.
1. Add this Repo in Cydia:
2. https://shade-zepheri.github.io/
3. Install Vitality
4. Next install the pack you want from my repo
5. Go to settings
6. Get in the tweak and activate the pack
